It is easy to see Amy’s passion for all things botanic and this is no more evident than when you visit her studio, where, nestled alongside the bunches of flowers and foliage for her next installation project, is Wright’s creative studio, filled with her own botanic inspired sculptures, paintings and drawings.

She credits her grandmother with teaching her the craft of botanical painting. Amy spent many hours at her grandmother’s coastal Victorian property,  learning and composing art inspired by nature. Adding to her early training, she also spent time under the tutorship of Dutch and Bauhaus trained artist, Yolanda Calkeon.

We are very pleased to present an exclusive exhibition of her original art called “Into The Fields”  at Turner & Lane from May. Into The Fields captures the transitory nature of botanic forms in their natural environment.

These truly unique and beautiful original artworks can be viewed in our stores and in the gallery below. They are available to purchase instore or contact us via email at info@turnerlane.com.au.
